The beginning of the week...hope it goes by fast...or slow

So, this morning, I went to review class for history, and since everybody in the class showed up, we all get 100 points added into our grade. Sweetness! But on the way there, as we were turning off of main street, this car comes shooting down the road doing like 60, and just slams into the side of a diesel truck. Holy crap. Wow, it looked like there wasn't a car left over. Wow, I felt bad for the guy in the car. So, after that little scare, I got to class, and we got doughnuts and bagels, and talked about review stuff for the history regents tomorrow.

And then when I got back, I checked up on my SAT grades from the last test, which are posted today. I got a 1770, on the 2400 scale. Not too shabby. My last SAT score was a 1750, so 20 points better. And, I really could have boosted up my grade if I did better on the writing section. It killed me. Critical Reading-60 point increase, Math-3 point increase, and Writing, down 70 points. Ouch. If I got that to where I had it before, I would have gotten a stinking 1840. Almost 100 points better than my last one. That would have been something. Or, better yet, if I had an increase, an average from the other two topics of 45 points, I could have gotten around a 640 on the writing. And with that, I would have gotten an 1880. And that would have made me a super happy kid. So, I'm planning on taking it again, for the third time, in the fall, if I have the time, and if my parents will pay the money. And hopefully I can really boost my grade, and maybe possibly get a 1900, or better yet, in the 2000s.

So, that's that for today. Maybe more tomorrow if I'm up to it. That is all.

Well...

I guess nobody reads this stupid thing anymore. I don't know why I waste time every time writing down worthless feelings and space that fills up my life. Why does everybody else want to know what I do everyday? Boring, right? It sure would be to me. I wouldn't want to have to read pointless nothing about somebody like me, who has no life except for being amazingly lazy playing video games and watching movies.

A lot of you out there...haha, I say a lot, like there's a lot of people that read this...back on topic-the people, who I could count with one hand, that read this probably have great lives where they actually do things. Talk to people. Go outside. Have a car...well, maybe not that, but you get my point. If you guys made these stupid things, they would be fantabulous. People would flock to them. But, if you really did something with your life, you probably wouldn't be wasting it writing down what you do. Or you don't like bragging. I surely don't, cause I've got nothing to brag about.

But, I'm gonna keep writing to fill up that vast void of nothingness in my life so I can read it sometime in the future and remember how I have wasted away my teenage years. And maybe, if I was smart enough to come up with my own opinions on things, I would write them here, but I'm the worst at trying to prove my point, or arguing my point. Cause somebody will come along and be like, "that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard", and would go on and destroy the opinion I tried mustering up.

So, I'm off to waste away at my life some more, or I actually might go and read a book. Cause I'm trying to read as much as I can this summer. Cause books are amazing. I very much enjoy them. And it makes you smarter. For me, I guess people tell me that I read fast, like speed-read or something. They'll be like, "What are you doing? Making love to your book", cause I move my hand back and forth, line after line, and to others, I guess it looks like I'm "caressing" my book. Wow, filthy minds. But I don't know.

That's it for today, and the three of you that enjoyed reading this, or suffered through the agonizing pain that I put you through-I apologize to you, have a great day and a great week. And good luck on your testing, if you have any tests.

Super Mad Awesome Review Friday #5

Haha. I'm actually posting a review on Friday! Can you believe it? Maybe cause I saw the movie last night, Thursday, and I don't have school today 'cause it's over!!! So, the movie to be reviewed is, Batman Begins. If you have been following this year's box office numbers, they aren't looking good. The box office this year has been at its lowest in like the past 20 years. Not even Episode III could get it up to par. It probably gave the box office a huge hand, but a lot of the rest of the movies haven't been all that great. But, Batman has the chance to turn things around. If Batman gets amazing sells this weekend, the box office will be saved from going into the record books, for being the worst year ever. Batman must save the day!

So, Chris, Cameron, and me hit it up at the theater last night, and we were fashionably late. About 10 or 15 minutes late. So we missed the first tiddly-bit of the movie, but wasn't all that much, nothing hard to figure out as the movie progressed. And wow, was this movie great. Very well done, acting great, action great, imagery great, storyline great. I love prequels, that tie in everything to the later movies. You get to see where everything came from, like Batman's suit, and why he actually picked a bat for his symbol. Greatly ties in stuff, and you say to yourself, "Self, that's how it's done. Now I understand." And the music-great, intense, extraordinary. And I hit the nail on the head with the composer. Hans Zimmer. I leaned over to Cameron and said, "This music is great, it's gotta be Hans Zimmer." And it was. My favorite modern day composer. Probably because he does music for about every great movie. Last Samurai, The Ring 1/2, Batman Begins, Gladiator and tons and tons of others. Greatness. So, this movie I give Batman Begins a Super Mad Awesome rating. Go now and see it to save the worst movie year ever! Don't let it come to that.

So, enjoy your summer this year, and be safe and have a great day today off of school. So, goodbye until next time!

The Homestretch

Only 2 days of school left...so very close. And then I can finally relax, a little. Well, my parents are up in my outside room, putting up these huge blinds over the windows, since the room is compromised of 3 windowed walls, out of 4, since most rooms have 4 walls. But, it is 10 at night, and they're up there hammering away, like it's so very important to put those blinds up as soon as possible. Yeah, my uncle is coming, but that's in two weeks, not tomorrow. And there are four huge blinds, and 5 little screws for each one to hold up to the wall. Right now, they've been up there for 10 minutes, and have about 2 screws in. Only 18 more to go, and at the rate they are going, it's gonna take like another hour and a half. I just do not understand the logic. So, I'm standing there watching them, but they do not ask for help-my dad never asks for help. He just assumes that if he is doing something, people will just flock to him ready to help. No, this is America, nobody does that. I wish he would understand that. Like, building the fence, I would go out and ask him if he needed help, and he's like, "no, i got it, just go play your games". And I'm like, no, I want to help you. And so 5 minutes of standing there, and actually helping him with things, he tells me to go away-go have fun. I just don't understand. If he wants help, but refuses it when it is given to him, why? It angers me. So, I'm standing there watching him and my mom (who isn't doing anything but complaining about using nails instead of screws), they just tell me to leave-quoted from my mother, "I don't like Allyn standing behind us like that". What am I supposed to do. There's no room to go help them-they're taking up the space, so I don't know what I'm supposed to do, nor do they ask me to do anything. I hate it. So much. It bothers me. And the lies they tell. Like, my dad has been having pains in his stomach and such, and went in for testing-after it's done, he tells me that there is no cancer. Wow, they never told me he had the chance for cancer, they said it was something else. And this happens time after time. They do not fully tell the truth to me. And that falls under the catergory of lying. When you're sworn in as a witness, you are asked to "tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth". "THE WHOLE TRUTH". Yeah, that's lying. And that too bothers me. And angers me. So much. That's all I have to say about that.

ACT Saturday

Well, today was the ACT, and wow, was the english part easy. Math and Science were quite harder, one being that my calculator died out on question 8 of 60 on the math. And I was kind of tired and couldn't think straight on the science. But hopefully I'll do alright. Afterwards, I came home and slept for like 3 hours, and man did it feel good.

So, last night, I did the Relay for Life Cancer Walk, and it was pretty fun stuff. It was me and Chris and Tara and Olivia, and we had a great time. Then, we spent the night over there on the track at the school with a bunch of other people. And that's why I'm tired. Cause at about midnight, this band started playing and they were frickin' LOUD! Man, I was asleep, and then all of a sudden, they just start crankin' music for like an hour. Really annoying. And they're like, "you don't need to sleep, get up and listen to our amazingly horrible music!". The band played pretty well, but the singer guy was mad annoying and he could not sing to save his life, butchering many of my favorite songs. And then finally, justice came in. They were probably so loud, that the houses across the street called the cops-somebody did. And the band's like, "arrest me, take me to jail for fighting for cancer". And i'm like, you don't need to blast music at midnight to fight for cancer. You just pay $5 and get a t-shirt and walk.

So, work calls for me right now, so I must flee. Have a great day/weekend, and only 3 days of school left!!

Super Mad Awesome Humpday Challenge #3

Yeah, only the third one. And how long have I had my blog? Since March? There should be one every Wednesday, right, so shouldn't this be like 12 or 13? If those questions are running through your head, I'm with you, I think. I really haven't been following along with the Humpday Challenge, because of the lack of intelligence on my part (I can never come up with one that is decent to excellent). So, finally, I have a challenge for all of you. And it takes no intelligence at all on anyone's part. So here it is:

Hahaha, just kidding. I really don't have anything. This was a very dumb idea to even start a weekly challenge, which is why there were only two, and both failed.

But I did get a new cellphone on Tuesday, so you can talk to me online or call up my home, or look in my buddy profile, and find out what my new cell is. And if you have one, give it to me, unless you don't want to, in which case I'll understand (on the outside). So, yeah, I feel like crap today cause of this cold-the first one I've had in like 8 months-I made it completely through the winter, and as soon as it gets hot, I get a cold. Hmmm...

Well, that's all for now, so peace out, and see you all on the next updated post, which hopefully will be tomorrow or Friday. Bye.

haha...i'm lazy

Have you noticed that recently I have really been stretching my posts out? Well, the reason is that I am lazy. I have lots of free time, time in which I should be doing homework or cleaning my room or something, but I instead use it on the computer or playing Halo 2. So, I just haven't felt like writing, and I should. My humpday challenge kind of fell apart, one reason being that about 5 people read this, and they all give no flying flip about responding to a challenge, and also cause I just can't think up any good ones.

And review fridays...I still do them...I haven't given up on them. That's one of my favorite things to do, right up reviews to tell you how amazing movies are. And most of the ones I go to are amazing, except for a couple, like the Interpreter, which was really really bad. So, I plan on seeing some great movies this summer, one being War of the Worlds, which is gonna be awesome, cause Tom Cruise is in it, and it's directed by Steven Spielberg. Both great men in the movie business.

So, this past week brought in June, meaning summer is close, and school is almost over. Yeah! Saturday, I again took SATs, which was so long and boring. Then...I took a nap. If you can believe it. I am not a nap taker. I almost never take naps, I think it is a waste of time. Sleeping is for the night when nobody is doing anything, so you're not missing anything, but I actually took a nap, and it helped me out. Then work, another perfect drawer, meaning another free meal. And that about does it for this post. Enjoy yourselves this oncoming week, and maybe you'll enjoy life as well. Goodbye until next time!

a little somethin somethin

I heard a girl say, "Violence is not the answer". Haha...that makes me laugh, this quote coming from one who believes in abortion. So what do you call that? Abortion isn't violence? It sure is to me. What else would you call it, ripping out a growing baby from its mother? That's not violence? If punching somebody, leaving maybe a bruise or a couple drops of blood, is violence, then how is killing an innocent life form not? Huh. Answer me that...
